We have the pleasure of working with Ashley Desaro, co-owner of Toms River Yoga. Ashley, an E-RYT 200, has immersed herself in the journey of self-exploration through Yoga. She started her yoga journey 5 years ago when she first stepped onto a mat and noticed the immediate release of tension in her physical body. As she continued taking classes, she noticed how much more relaxed her mind was and how to manage stress better. This realization sparked her to continue to learn about the philosophy of yoga. Through her passion of the practice she decided to commit to share what she has learned in hopes that her students learn to live their lives to the fullest. Ashley’s classes challenge students to step out of their comfort zone and to have breakthroughs for the mind, body, and soul.
Our girls are amazing and we would love to share them with you, so come on down to the farm and meet them!
Comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting dirty and sneakers. You probably won't get dirty, but this is still a farm, so there is always a chance. And we ask that you wear sneakers because we will be around a lot of animals and we want to reduce the number of toes being stomped on! Yoga classes are taking place in the middle the summer, so please bring a water bottle so that you can stay hydrated! Finally, we recommend coming with some good friends or family to ensure that you have an awesome time!
We are nonprofit that mainly functions on donations, so we ask for the $30 in order to keep our animals comfortable and living the best life they can.
Sign up to spend an afternoon with our lovely ladies, Lucy, Milk, Sugar, Rona, Fiona, and Olive!
Gus is finally ready to come home and is doing absolutely fantastic! We have covered $3500 worth of vet bills and are fundraising as we are now just over $6000 just for him! Please donate today!
